Shopify supplies the technology that allows us to operate the website and offer products online. However, products purchased through our store are sold directly by Mod Plus Furniture under the xelvoranique™ brand.
Shopify is not the seller of our furniture and is not responsible for product selection, pricing, fulfillment, delivery, customer service, returns, refunds, defects, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from purchases made from us.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree that claims relating to a purchase from xelvoranique™ must be directed to Mod Plus Furniture rather than Shopify.
